Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby give the personal data operator (within the meaning established by Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", hereinafter the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data provided and to be provided by me to the Operator by any means (including by completing web forms on websites and in applications) or that have become known to the Operator (including data provided by third parties, for example the Operator's partners).

Purposes of processing personal data: providing me with the services of the Operator's service (the Operator's website and/or mobile application indicated on the website), as well as information (including advertising information) about goods, services, special offers and promotions relating to them within the Operator's service, and promoting such goods through direct contact by means of:

List of personal data processed: surname, first name and patronymic; email address; my identifiers in the Operator's services; delivery address; phone number; gender; date of birth; payment data; payment receipt data; purchase history; order data; participation in competitions and promotions; search history in the Operator's services; device identifiers and/or other identifiers; date of registration; interests and preferences in the Operator's services; my reviews; my history of communications with technical support; cookies; my approximate location; my precise location.

Methods and means of processing personal data: any actions (operations) permitted by law, performed both with and without the use of automation tools or in a mixed manner, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, comparison and depersonalisation.

Transfer and delegation of personal data processing: processing is carried out by the Operator, as well as by third parties engaged by the Operator in the processing, or to whom personal data have been transferred (or access to them granted) for the stated purposes in accordance with the law. Such third parties include, in particular:

Limited Liability Company "Nazad v Budushcheye" (registered address: 193312, St. Petersburg, Kollontai St., 28 / bldg. 1, lit. A, apt. 366), acting as the owner of the Operator's services, as well as the Operator's counterparties providing support for the Operator's information systems and server capacity, including JSC "Selectel" (PSRN 1247800067790; address: 196006, St. Petersburg, Tsvetochnaya St., 21, lit. A);

the Operator's partners with whom the Operator runs joint promotions and other marketing activities, and analytical research to improve the Operator's services and provide users with additional opportunities;

counterparties providing services for conducting surveys and research among users of the Operator's service (where applicable).

The Operator also has the right to receive personal data from such third parties. The list of such third parties may change without additional consent or notice. This consent also constitutes consent to the processing of personal data by such third parties. I confirm that I have been notified that I may request from the Operator up-to-date information about such third parties.

Period of processing personal data and method of withdrawing consent: this consent is valid for 5 (five) years and may be withdrawn by sending a scanned copy of a written application for withdrawal to the email address specified in the contact details section of the Operator's website, or the original application by registered mail with a list of enclosures or by courier service to the Operator's location address.

The Operator is also entitled to continue processing personal data where there are other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In this case, this consent will be deemed extended for the period necessary to achieve the lawful purposes of processing personal data.
